This privacy policy applies to the Beauty Journal app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by DIRTY CARNIVORE LTD (collectively, the “Application”). DIRTY CARNIVORE LTD is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.
Information & use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means and the individual is under 13, a parent or guardian must provide consent where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it holds. If a breach involves data voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
Personal information is not collected or retained through normal use of the Application. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside the Application, such as by email, it will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legitimate administrative needs, or comply with applicable legal obligations. When no longer required, that information will be deleted or securely disposed of.
Data Deletion
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes locally stored app data from the device, subject to the device operating system and any device-level backups you control. If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, you may request deletion of that information by emailing zayn2choudhury@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal or record-retention requirements.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be requested before they take effect. Previous versions may be requested by contacting the Service Provider at zayn2choudhury@gmail.com.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
